- What’s the smallest next step I can take?
- Which task gives my nervous system the deepest exhale?
- What would make tomorrow (and Future Me) feel even 2% lighter?
Then commit to five minutes.
Not forever.
Just five minutes.
Clarity comes from movement, not the other way around.
