💌 Pep Talk #3: Read This When You Don’t Know What to Prioritize

Hey friend,

If your brain keeps wanting to go in twelve different directions at once. Mmmhmm yep, that’s overwhelm talking.

Try this:

Pick one thing.
Just one.

Not the “right” thing.
Not the “urgent” thing.

Just the thing that would make you feel a tiny bit better if you moved it forward.

Ask yourself:

  • What’s the smallest next step I can take?
  • Which task gives my nervous system the deepest exhale?
  • What would make tomorrow (and Future Me) feel even 2% lighter?

Then commit to five minutes.
Not forever.
Just five minutes.

Clarity comes from movement, not the other way around.

You’ve got this.
Jess ✨
