Micro habits remind me so much of baby steps, and I love that they only need a few minutes of your time. Here are my faves from this list:
- Write for two minutes in the morning as you drink your coffee
- Drink a cup of water before having coffee to stay hydrated
- Use your shower as a time to practice gratitude
- Replace one sweetened drink with a glass of water
